Mailroom Management

This includes security checks (X rays), transport between various buildings as well as the actual processing of your mail. Depending on your requirements, our mailroom services can be implemented on your company premises or at our own locations. Our "digital mailrooms" comprise both physical and digital processes.

We offer specific services in the field of data input and document processing. These services range from preprocessing and digitization of documents through to complex administrative tasks. Depending on your company policy, we can provide our services on your premises, centrally at a letter centre or at our nearshore/offshore production facilities.

Archive management

We offer a complete service package for archiving. This includes the management of physical archives as well as audit-proof electronic archiving. Archived files are destroyed in a timely and secure fashion, in accordance with specifications. When processing your files and data, security and confidentiality are of paramount importance.
