Dan Moscatiello - CEO, North America

Dan Moscatiello

As CEO, North America of Swiss Post Solutions, Dan Moscatiello is responsible for leading the organization into new markets and geographies while maintaining the strong relationship that exists with Swiss Post Solutions' extensive client base.

Prior to joining SPS, Dan was Managing Vice President of North American Business Development at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, where he was responsible for leading teams chartered to drive new revenue growth in IT Infrastructure, Consulting and Facilities Management Outsourcing. Earlier in his career with Siemens, Dan was Managing Vice President of Siemens Enterprise Accounts, serving many of Siemens largest clients across multiple Industries in the U.S.

Prior to Siemens, Dan was Vice President for the MetLife Branch at ENTEX Information Services, a privately owned Norwalk, CT based IT Services organization. In addition, Dan spent 8 years with ENTEX, in a series of progressively responsible sales, business development, and executive roles.

Throughout his career, he has constructed services agreements valued at over $2 billion in total contract value and managed relationships with a number of Fortune 50 companies.

Dan holds a degree in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University.

 

Russ Cusick – Chief People Officer of Human Resources and People Services

Russ Cusick

Russ Cusick has been in the outsourcing and staffing industry since 1998.

A true advocate for job applicants and employees alike, Russ has been recognized by the City University of New York and the New York City Placement Consortium as an Outstanding Employer in the New York area. He is a frequent speaker on the opportunities that exist in the employment of individuals with disabilities.

Holding a degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, Russ is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Society for Human Resources, and as a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association. Russ is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Abilities, the Business Advisory Council for YAI and the Corporate Advisory Board of the Doe Fund.

Swiss Post Solutions, with Russ’s leadership, was awarded the 2008 Title 1 ADA award by Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

 

Dave Delventhal – Vice President, Sales

Dave Delventhal

As Vice President of Sales, Dave Delventhal focuses on providing new solutions to the existing customer base, leading the U.S. sales team, bringing new clients to the Swiss Post family, and executing on the overall sales process.

Dave has over 24 years experience in Sales, Account Management, and Sales Leadership in the areas of Outsourcing, Technology, Document and Imaging Solutions.

Prior to joining Swiss Post, his professional experience has included several years as National Sales Director for Canon USA, where he led the sales team providing solutions to Canon USA's largest national accounts. He also spent time at a Northeast Document Management company where he built and managed the sales team providing ASP services in the areas of Document Workflow. Prior to that, Dave spent 20 years with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he held several roles, most notably as a Sales Leader in one of their subsidiaries, AG Consulting.

Dave holds a degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University.

 

Bari Klein - Vice President, National & Global Accounts

Bari KleinBari has been with Swiss Post Solutions for 12 years supporting our largest clients, working hand in hand with our CEO and Operations teams.

Prior to joining Swiss Post Solutions in 1998, Bari worked as a Director of Client Services for a global industrial and aerospace distribution company.

Running a sales division, developing best practices, and selling to clients worldwide has enabled Bari to generate and manage revenue today in excess of $10 million dollars. Bari was the recipient of the "Salesperson of the Year Award" for our organization, given for overall performance. She is responsible for building client relationships, coordinating communication, and driving the team to provide world class service.

 

Louis Ladehoff – Director of Marketing & Communications

Louis Ladehoff

Louis oversees marketing campaigns and promotions, PR, development of print and electronic collateral, internal communications, sales support, special events, and other marketing tasks.

He has been involved with all aspects of the company's marketing efforts since joining the team in 2003, with a key focus on lead generation and brand awareness. He received the company's top honor, the Carpe Diem award, in 2005 in recognition of his work supporting the marketing, sales, executive and operations teams. Louis joined the company's Executive Leadership Team in 2007, and was a President's Club award winner in 2008.

Prior to joining SPS, Louis honed his management and customer service skills at CCH Corsearch, where was named a member of the company's Achiever's Club in 2002. From 1985 to 1999, Louis worked for Walt Disney World Co. in a variety of roles including marketing, communications, research, training, and operations. His performance was recognized with the company's highest employee honor, the Partners in Excellence Award, in 1996 and 1997.

He holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

 

Jamie Lawless - Vice President, Strategic Markets

Jamie Lawless

Swiftly promoted throughout her time at Swiss Post, Jamie has supported some of the company's most complex outsourcing engagements, beginning in New York where she ran the Knowledge & Client Solutions team.

Shifting her focus to National Business Development, Jamie has most recently been responsible for Swiss Post Solutions' expansion into the Mid–Atlantic and West Coast regions of the United States.

Prior to joining Swiss Post Solutions in 2003, Jamie worked as a Business Consultant for Accenture, where she was a member of the Supply Chain Management Practice Group. Developing process workflow, logistics & distribution channels and system solutions for Fortune 500 Companies has prepared Jamie to deliver innovative outsourced business solutions that provide unsurpassed service, cost savings, automation and scalability.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Janice H. Levin School of Business, Rutgers College. She is an active business partner of the Association of Legal Administrators and a member of the International Facility Management Association and the Postal Customer Council.

 

Mike Mannix – Divisional Vice President

Mike MannixMike has been with the organization since 1999, progressing from an operational management position to a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In his current role as Divisional Vice President, he is responsible for half of the company's operations nationally.

Though his years of service Mike has received numerous awards for excellence in leadership, including Carpe Diem (the company's highest award, recognizing leadership and excellence), Employee of the Year, Area Manager of the Year, President's Club, Key Player, and Propelled by Passion, among others. Mike has also created and launched one of our company's strongest mantras, "Believe," which focuses on the development of our people and the delivering of outstanding service to our clients. The "Believe" mantra is based on the philosophy that if you have happy, motivated employees, you have happy clients.

Holding a degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, Mike has been in operations and client development for 20 years, and has helped win, launch and develop many of our top client operations. Mike's expertise has been recognized by SPS clients who have selected him to serve on teams and boards that have defined and driven their companies' best practice standards for operations and customer service globally.

 

Matthieu Martin – Chief Financial Officer

Matthieu MartinMatthieu joined Swiss Post Solutions in 2009 following several years as CFO of GBSplus (part of Swiss Post Group). He has extensive experience managing finance teams, handling, acquisitions/mergers/asset transfers, executing cost reduction plans, and managing cash flows and banking relationships.

Prior to GBSplus becoming part of Swiss Post, Matt was a company shareholder. In addition to his role as CFO, he served Director of Operations for France and Slovakia and achieved a 1 M Euros cost cutting plan. Prior to that, he executed a 1.2 M cost reduction plan on the fixed charges (2007 vs. 2008).

During his career, he has participated in 14 acquisitions and integrations (two in the US, two in Germany and the rest in France). Matt has worked in the outsourcing industry since 2001, including four years with International Outsourcing Services LLC as Financial Analyst and Controller. He holds a MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management.

 

Datus Murray – Director of Finance

Datus MurrayDatus joined Swiss Post Solutions in 2007 and is a member of the U.S. Executive Leadership Team.

A highly qualified Senior Financial Manager, Datus has over sixteen years of experience in financial management; within start-up high growth and multinational corporations in manufacturing, publishing, finance and business consulting industries. His previous work experience includes serving as Consultant/Vice President of Financial Reporting for FGIC; Controller for Bowne Marketing and Business Communications; Financial Analyst with KPMG, and Controller at Essence Magazine.

Datus holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University. He is an avid tennis player and devoted family man.

 

Arthur C. Tatge – Divisional Vice President, EVP Legal

Art Tatge

Arthur is a senior level executive with over 26 years of business management experience who joined Swiss Post Solutions in 2000. He is directly responsible for half of the company's operations nationally.

Art's introduction to outsourcing came in 1989 when he was hired by Chas P. Young Management Services as their first General Manager in New York responsible for all sales and operations in the greater New York metropolitan area. The company then changed its name to Ameriscribe and was acquired by Pitney Bowes Management Services in 1993. Art was named General Manager of the Year in 1993 and in 1994 and was promoted to Region Vice President in 1995. As RVP for Pitney Bowes, Art was directly responsible for 150 accounts, over 2000 employees and over $100 million in revenue. He oversaw the growth of the business from $25 million in 1989 to over $100 million in 1997, while maintaining the highest client retention rates in the country.

Art left Pitney Bowes and founded Uniscribe Professional Services in January of 1998. With financial backing from venture capital firms, he grew Uniscribe into an $87 million business in three years. Uniscribe became the largest national litigation support company in the United States providing imaging and coding capabilities to law firms and general counsel offices through operations in 19 cities.

Prior to entering the outsourcing industry, Art served for 11 years as the Chief Operating Officer of a privately held, diversified company, Stae Merchandising, Inc. Born in Evanston, Illinois, Art holds degrees from Miami (Ohio) University, Bachelor of Science (General Business) and from Drake University (JD, Law). He is a member of the American Bar Association.

 

Paula Vayas – Associate Vice President

Paula VayasPaula has been in the outsourcing industry since 2003.

Prior to this, she held the position of Director of Business Development for Plimpton & Rhodes International, a fundraising consulting firm which leveraged insurance products to generate income for non–profits, and Lustig & Brown LLP, an insurance defense firm specializing in Errors & Omissions litigation for insurance agents and brokers.

Holding degrees from Brooklyn Law School and Barnard College, Columbia University, Paula brings a unique perspective to her role within Swiss Post Solutions. In her role as Associate Vice President of Sales, Paula is leveraged within SPS for her legal and entrepreneurial background.
